Sonia Lucia Montoya

Sonia’s 12-year photography career (Sonia Lucia Photography LLC) and life as a full time autism mom go hand in hand. She’s a certified Natural Health Consultant and certified Nutritionist. Along with being a student of Liberal Arts, she’s studied natural health for over 20 years. She’s not always followed the guidelines she learned, but after her son was diagnosed with Autism, she chose to change that. Her story goes from personal struggles as teen mom to trying to find herself through alcohol, relationships and loss. She’s have studied all forms of natural medicine from Asian herbalism and healing techniques to the healing practices of the Amazon. Though she’s not a practitioner, she believes the earth has given us what we need to heal mind and soul, with a tinge of love for plastic surgery!
