In 2021, Tiffeany founded 1st & Ten, a company born out of her love for football and the influence of her coach father. 1st & Ten is dedicated to helping women who are eager to learn about football, providing both online and in-person experiences. Tiffeany's educational background is equally impressive. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, allowing her to effectively convey her passion and knowledge. But she didn't stop there! Tiffeany also earned a Master's degree in Organizational Management, specializing in Organizational Leadership. With such a solid educational foundation, Tiffeany is well-equipped to lead and empower others.

Originally from Oxnard, California, Tiffeany now calls Pasadena, California, home. Being situated in the gorgeous surroundings of the Rose Bowl, Tiffeany draws inspiration from her vibrant environment and brings her love for the game to life.
